Hello dear reader,

Summer has been in full swing for a few weeks now and here in Spain we are enjoying wonderful

temperatures with a nice breeze.  In other countries it apparently doesn't want to be summer.  

As we informed you in our previous newsletter, we still want to do something every now and then,

and it starts to itch again.

 

You can make a reservation for the menu below for €36, 
served on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 July
Aperitif at 7:30 PM

Then at the table.  We start with

Bread and aioli / Fig with creamy cheese, walnuts, honey and Serrano ham /

Watermelon and scampi salad / Salmorejo (cold Andalusian soup) /

Chicken curry tartare with pineapple

Fresh sorbet in between

Followed by

Hot smoked salmon fillet with summer salad and horseradish sauce

and

Tagliata of Black Angus beef with summer vegetables and potato wedges

And to finish

a summer dessert

Then at the table.  We start with

Bread and aioli / Scallop ceviche /

Tartlet with beef tartare / Ajo Blanc with herb oil and chorizo ​​crumble /

Home-smoked salmon cocktail

Fresh sorbet in between

Followed by

Butterfish “Marseillaise”

and

Chicken fillet in oriental style with fried rice

And to finish

a summer dessert
